White Chocolate Fudge

This easy peasy White Chocolate Fudge is loaded with cranberries and pistachios! It is seriously the easiest dessert to make, with just 5 ingredients and 10 minutes of prep time. I’m sure you’re going to love this festive fudge!



Ingredients


  • 600 grams White Chocolate 

  • 300 ml Condensed Milk 

  • 1/2 tbsp Salted Butter

  • 150 grams Pistachio

  • 150 grams Dried Cranberries


Method


  1. To a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate, condensed milk and butter.

  2. Microwave the mixture in 30 second increments for about 1.5 minutes or until the chocolate softens. 

  3. Using a spatula, mix until everything combines and forms a silky smooth fudge mixture.

  4. Roughly chop the dried cranberries and pistachios and add them to the fudge. Fold them in until they are evenly distributed.

  5. Add the fudge to a lined 8x8inch tray and smooth it over. Top it with some more cranberries and pistachios and press them in with your spatula.

  6. Cover the tray with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours or until the fudge is firm.

  7. Remove the fudge from the tray, slice into bit-sized squares and plate it.
