Two Layer Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
Semi Sweet Chocolate Fudge Layer
225 grams Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips/chunks
1/2 can (180g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 tbsp (4 g) Salted Butter
1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
White Chocolate Fudge Layer
300 grams White Chocolate chunks/chips
½ can (180g) Condensed Milk
1/4 tbsp (4 g) Salted Butter
½ tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Method
Line an 8”x8” dish/pan with parchment paper leaving a small overhang.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the condensed milk and chocolate chips, Microwave in 30 seconds increments for about a minute. Give the mix a stir and if the chocolate is just shy of melted, place the bowl back in the microwave for another 10 seconds.
Add the butter and vanilla extract. Using a spatula, mix everything together till all the chocolate and butter have melted, and the vanilla is well mixed in, and you have a smooth fudgy mixture.
Empty the fudge into the lined dish/pan and smooth it over and set it aside.
In another microwave-safe bowl, add the condensed milk and white chocolate chips, Microwave in 30 seconds increments for about a minute. Give the mix a stir and if the chocolate is just shy of melted, place the bowl back in the microwave for another 10 seconds.
Add the butter and vanilla extract. Using a spatula, mix everything together till all the chocolate and butter have melted, and the vanilla is well mixed in, and you have a smooth fudgy mixture.
Empty the white chocolate fudge on top of the chocolate fudge and smooth it over.
Cover the tray with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours or until the fudge is firm.
Once set, remove the fudge from the dish/pan and peel off the parchment paper. Cut into desired size pieces and enjoy!
