Must-Try Biscoff Fudge

Ingredients


  • 1 can (14 oz/396 grams) Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 400 grams White Chocolate

  • 180 grams Lotus Biscoff Cream, melted (30 grams for the topping)

    • 8 Lotus Biscoff Biscuits, crushed


    Method


    1. In a bowl, pour the sweetened condensed milk and toss in the white chocolate. Microwave in 1-minute increments for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.

    2. Now melt the Lotus Biscoff Cream for a minute in the microwave. 

    3. Add the melted Lotus Biscoff Cream and crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits into the white chocolate and condensed milk mixture. Give it a stir or two to keep a ripple effect.

    4. Pour it into a lined dish or pan.   

    5. Top with some more melted Lotus Biscoff Cream

    6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate till set.

    7. Cut and enjoy!
