Fresh Green Chutney

Enjoy this fresh Green Chutney alongside Chicken or Beef Seekh Kababs. It is minty, spicy and so delicious!



Ingredients


  • 2 Garlic Cloves

  • 1/2 inch Ginger

  • 1 cup Mint Leaves

  • ½ cup Coriander

  • 1/2 Green Chilies

  • ¼ cup Yogurt

  • ½ tsp Cumin Powder (roasted and freshly ground)

  • ½  tsp Chaat Masala

  • ⅛  tsp Salt, or to taste

  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice


Method


  1. Blend all the ingredients till you have a smooth refreshing green chutney.
