Chocolate Cake

• 3 cups all-purpose flour

• 1½ cups Dutch processed cocoa powder

• 1 tbsp baking soda

• 1½ tsp baking powder

• 1½ tsp salt

• 3 cups granulated sugar

• 4 large eggs

• 1½ cups buttermilk

• ½ cup vegetable oil

• 1½ cups warm water

• 1 tbsp instant coffee powder

• 2 tsp vanilla extract

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176 degrees Celsius) for approximately 30 minutes

Chocolate Fudge Frosting

• 2 cup icing sugar

• 3/4 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder

• Pinch of salt

• 1 cup unsalted butter

• 1 cup melted chocolate

• 1 cup heavy cream
