Creamy Yogurt Dip

Ingredients


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 hot red pepper, deseeded and finely chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper


Method


  1. In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  2. Stir in the chopped garlic, lemon juice, and sugar.

  3. Add the parsley and finely chopped red pepper and mix well.

  4. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.

  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
